What is Ultrasonic?

Our Ultrasonic Machines work according to the Cavitation Principle. Cavitation is the rapid creation and destruction of tiny vacuum bubbles, or “voids,” created within a liquid. We can think of these tiny microscopic bubbles as millions of microscopic pressure washers that surround the object from all angles at once. The purpose of the process is to remove oil or dust etc. from the parts to be cleaned and the parts to be cleaned. is to break the ties between them. Water alone does not have cleaning properties. The primary purpose of ultrasonic activity (cavitation) is to help the solution do its job. Ultrasonic Cleaning Solution to be prepared; It contains various components designed to optimize the ultrasonic cleaning process. For example, increased levels of cavitation result from decreased liquid surface tension. Therefore, an effective Ultrasonic Cleaning solution must contain a good Cleaning Detergent.
